Currently enrolled Calhoun students and
currently employed Calhoun faculty and staff are permitted Off Campus
access under the license agreement with the database vendor. The file of
valid users changes every semester. At the beginning of a semester, there
may be a delay of two weeks before new students, new faculty, and new staff
are in the file. The
Username for students is the seven-digit, unique Calhoun ID number on your
schedule and your grade report . Faculty
and staff will use the Employee ID number, also seven digits, for their
Username. The Employee ID number can be found on the paycheck or pay stub.
If you are an authorized user and have difficulty in
accessing databases from Off Campus, please contact the Reference Librarian
at 256-306-2777 or email reference@calhoun.edu. (Requests
submitted after 2:00p.m. on Saturday will be handled on Monday.)
